These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the submission of trading enquiries to ITAD360. Transactions agreed between ITAD360 and a counterparty are governed by the written terms agreed for that transaction, which take precedence over this page where they conflict.

This document is provided as a structured draft for legal review and should be confirmed by qualified counsel before it is relied upon.

This website and the trading activity described on it are intended for business counterparties. It is not directed at consumers, and no consumer rights regime is intended to apply to transactions conducted through it.

You agree to provide accurate information in any enquiry you submit and not to submit content that is unlawful, misleading or that you are not entitled to share.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out under your account.

Submitting a stock list, buying requirement or message does not create a binding agreement and does not oblige ITAD360 to purchase, supply or quote.

Any offer, quotation or indication of price is subject to confirmation of availability, grading, quantity, specification and logistics, and remains valid only for the period stated in writing.

Products may be new, open box, used, refurbished, faulty or sold for parts. Condition and grade are stated on the basis of the information available at the time and, where testing has not been carried out, are described as untested.

Photographs, specifications and quantities are indicative unless confirmed in writing. Buyers should satisfy themselves as to suitability for their intended use.

Orders are only binding once confirmed in writing by ITAD360. Prices are exclusive of taxes, duties and shipping unless expressly stated otherwise. Currency and applicable taxes are confirmed for each transaction.

Payment terms are agreed in writing for each transaction. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, goods remain the property of ITAD360 until payment has been received in full.

Delivery terms are agreed for each transaction, normally by reference to Incoterms. Title and risk pass in accordance with the agreed term. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed as firm dates in writing.

All cross border transactions are subject to applicable export control, sanctions and import regulations. Counterparties must provide accurate end use and end user information where requested, and ITAD360 may decline or cancel a transaction where compliance requirements cannot be met.

A clear distinction is drawn between reusable equipment, faulty equipment and regulated electronic waste. Where applicable, regulated electronic waste and battery shipments require the relevant permits, notifications and licensed handling, and are not offered automatically.

ITAD360 does not provide certified recycling, data destruction or environmental processing services. Where such services are required, they are arranged with appropriately licensed third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITAD360 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of opportunity arising from use of this website or from any transaction.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the value of the goods in the transaction giving rise to the claim.

The content, branding and structure of this website belong to ITAD360 and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Stock lists, requirement lists, pricing and account information submitted to ITAD360 are treated as confidential business information and are not published or shared with other customers.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless a different governing law and forum is agreed in writing for a specific transaction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
